Terms & Conditions

Production and Licensing:
The production, sales, and handling of wine are managed by Sjoeblom Winery, PO Box 3496, Napa, CA 94558. Sjoeblom Winery holds all necessary licenses required to produce, ship, and sell wine to consumers in the United States.

Terms, Prices, and Updates:
Terms, conditions, prices, and charges may be changed at any time at the sole discretion of Sjoeblom Winery. It is the Club Member’s responsibility to stay updated by visiting the legal pages at www.gloggclub.com.

Age Verification:
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges will always be added unless the shipment is picked up at the winery or any other location designated by the winery, as indicated in the shipping section of the shopping cart.

Non-Refundable Charges:
All purchases, including tax and shipping charges.

Changes to Charges and Fees:

Adjustments to shipping charges, taxes, or governmental fees may be made without notice.

Returns & Refunds

Sjöblom Glögg Return and Refund Policy

Sjöblom Glögg is a seasonal product, and therefore, returns and refunds will not be accepted.

Exchanges:
The glögg cannot be exchanged for other Sjoeblom products.

Returns Due to Delivery Issues:
If a shipment is returned to our warehouse due to:

  1. Incorrect address provided by the customer.*

  2. Failure to arrange delivery with the shipping agent.

Such returns will not qualify for a refund.

Options for Returned Shipments:

  • Customers may pick up the returned shipment at the winery free of charge.

  • Alternatively, the shipment can be re-sent to a new address specified by the customer, once new shipping charges are paid.

Club Shipments:
Club shipments that have been paid for and processed in our system cannot be canceled.

Address Errors by Sjoeblom Winery:
*If Sjoeblom Winery makes a mistake and ships the product to an address different from the one specified on the order, Sjoeblom Winery will cover the re-shipment charges.

Alcohol Shipping Laws

Each state in the U.S. has its own laws and regulations regarding the shipment of alcohol.

Glögg Club Members

SJÖBLOM GLÖGG CLUB MEMBERSHIPS

We offer two types of club memberships—FREE and PAID.

FREE MEMBERSHIP:

  • Sign up for our mailing list to receive updates and information when we have news to share.

  • No club discounts are offered with this membership.

  • We will not ship any products unless you actively place an order in our store.

PAID MEMBERSHIP - SUBSCRIBERS:

  • As a subscriber in the Glögg Club, you choose:

    • How many bottles you wish to receive each year.

    • Shipping address

  • Club members' annual recurring payments are securely processed through PayPal. We do not store or have access to any credit card details.

  • Your glögg shipment is automatically sent every year, and your card will be charged accordingly until you cancel the service.

    Changes: 

  • To change your bottle quantity or shipping address, you must notify us at least 15 days prior to shipment to allow for updates.

  • If a shipment has already left the warehouse and the customer contacts customer support with a new shipping address, Sjoeblom Winery will make every effort to re-direct the shipment to the updated address. However, the customer is responsible for any additional charges incurred due to this address change during the ongoing shipping process.

  • Please note that changes made after the shipping process has started are not guaranteed to succeed.
     

  • Cancellations:

  • If a subscription or shipment is canceled after the payment has been processed, no refunds or returns will be accepted, even if the shipment has not yet been received.

  • You may cancel your annual membership between your last scheduled shipping date and September 15th of each year.

  • The current year’s shipping arrangement cannot be canceled after September 15th of the current year.

    • The 20% club discount is offered because Sjoeblom Winery relies on each club member’s commitment to a specific number of bottles per year to accurately plan the annual production volume.

Agreement:
By placing your subscription order, you agree to the terms and conditions stated here, as well as those provided during the online order process.
